Wondering if someone can shed some light on what the difference is between these two forums?

I dunno... maybe I'm missing something, but they seem to be covering very similar topic areas...

The most discernible difference between them is that you don't have to be a Liberal member to post on or read Forum Liberalis.
I got the impression Enfamilie is for more "inside" discussion, with the forum being more general? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, that is just a guess.
