Former Governor General - Ed Schreyer - weighed in on the situation in Ottawa today. He clearly stated that the government must submit itself to a vote in the House, and that a prorogue should only be 1 to 2 days.. and maybe a week. We stated clearly that the government must have the confidence of the House.
His Excellency (most excellently) also stated that the disinformation and misinformation out there is hurtful. He indicated he wanted to "clarify the rules". He stated there are clear rules in such situations, and there is only one option for the GG.
