Harper Does Not Resign

All In English. Shame. This is what it has come to.

I think this was just Harper's one last shot at having a "Christmas address" that he's gotten used to doing. He know's he's done.

He taped a french version too, but used the word "sovereigntist" instead of "separatist". Those words have very different meaning.
